The organizing of SMART was precisely to fill the current deficit of education and employment of society in all over India, the core philosophy is to "Creating opportunities for livelihood and sustainable development for the most neglected and deprived section of Society". The Society's aim is to work for poor, illiterates, unemployed and specially for physically challenged people, the organization have to make or establish a definite progress in the direction of planning and implementing programs based on its primary objectives. To implement innovative livelihood programs with communities in different parts of Madhya Pradesh and in all over the country. Investments to raise stable and sustainable development and local capacity building, more so of the women and children. Involvement with leading national and international organizations for livelihoods promotion fields. To promote active use of project villages for long-term links with government and other institutions to meet their development needs.
